They just built a Premiere theater/bowling/gaming/restaurant in Pell City, pretty nice and it's overrun with folks. They have one in Biloxi near my son and his family in Ocean Springs, too. Their food is a bit more reasonable than some. The NCG near us in Acworth is decent, too.Several of these newer companies are going on building sprees. It probably won't end well, I hate the shakeouts on bowling alleys and movie theaters. Special purpose properties like that go at a huge discount, usually end up as repurposed as Baptist churches so the Holy Spirit can have gravity on His side during the altar call.
