| MBB/WBB The NCAA Selection Committee shouldn't have given Auburn homecourt advantage and shouldn't have stuck No. 1 seed Houston with 2nd round road game

One problem. Committee most likely looks at chalk. They were putting #1 Houston vs #8 Iowa on a neutral floor in the second round. #9 Auburn earned the homecourt advantage. It was not "given" to them by the committee.

Forde is a Pac-12 Homer, but he is right. Like said earlier, committee was going with the chalk and it would’ve been 1v8 with Barn already back home.

The overall #1 seed gets their choice. Alabama to Birmingham. ✅

The other #1 seeds go to the location closest to their home. Houston to Birmingham. ✅

One of the main rules of the committee is avoiding rematches. Do you take Auburn and put them in the South? No. They'd face Alabama again.

Do you put them in the West? No. They'd have faced Arkansas in the first game. What about the East? No. Now Tennessee has entered the picture.

Forde's suggestion here is ludicrous: "just change the seeding." The committee seeds the teams at the beginning based on which teams are better than others.

Along the same lines, if Forde wants to talk about NCAA athletes being treated unfairly he should have started with his daughter.

As a side note: Consideration must be given to the "hard on" Forde has for Auburn considering the number of times he's written about the program, how many times they've ignored his FOIC's, etc.

But "which team is better" is pure subjective
