Tex-Mex Border Bean Casserole

1 lb. chicken breast, skinned and boned, cut into 1” chunks
1 envelope dry taco seasoning mix
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) corn, drained
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) chili beans, hot
2 cups thick and chunky salsa
Tortilla chips
Non stick cooking spray

In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with taco seasoning mix. Add green pepper, corn and salsa. Mix well. Add beans and mix well again. Pour into a 13 x 9 casserole dish sprayed with the non stick cooking spray. Bake covered for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. (Stir well after 30 minutes.) Arrange tortilla chips around the casserole for dunking. Serves 8.
