| FTBL Terrence Cody still plans to be back with Tide next year

That is very good news. Let's hope he doesn't change his mind. We need him and I think he might need one more year of Division 1.

Honestly, if the NFL passes the rookie cap like the talk has been running, Cody would be making a mistake if he didn't leave early.

Now, as to this bit...

No ... according to today's Press-Register notebook from Tuscaloosa ...

Didn't you notice he's using his own article as his source?

All points duly noted. I agree about Cody. If I was him it would be hard for me to turn the money down. Especially if you factor in that his injury might have scared him.

Who knows. I hope he stays though.

I understand that for the "Alabama perspective."

On the other hand, I don't mind having conversations about guys leaving early. Zo said the other day he had his doubts that Marcel would be around after his Jr. year as well.

It's not a bad problem to have, ya know?

In my line of work, we call that a circular reference. The logic can never be resolved.

We'll have to see, like Terry said if the rookie cap is passed for 2010, he would be making a sizable mistake. You might actually see a lot of juniors leave early after this season. Cody will review his options at the end of the season, and unfortunately(for those that want him to stay) there will be a lot of positives for him leaving early.
