I believe this is the first step. All but guaranteed Raiders will cut him and if anyone is dumb to sign him after this, I would imagine he gets a lifetime ban if he ever does it again. The stupidest part about all of this is that he is a super average player. He had two insane seasons to start his career and then after that I dont think hes played more than 8 games in a season.
