ok...so you're defending your client; nothing wrong with that. but to state that she's denying the allegations...when there are multiple witnesses? c'mon, man!

yeah, he did a shitty thing by cheating on his wife. but she went over the top by putting a loaded gun to his head.

earl definitely needs to eject from that marriage. also, any sane woman would've just gotten evidence of his extra-marital activities, filed for divorce, and taken half his stuff.
