The pay out here is outstanding. Once you get past all the freaks it's not too bad. Plus, the fact USC isn't winning I'm loving it!

If anyone is near Culver City aka Venice beach give a shout. You can't beat the weather here either. It's great for someone like myself who drives a motorcycle year round!
