While the player developement was crucial and it's mainly Shula and Co's fault, you still have to take in account these guys weren't highly regarded talent in the first place. We may of been big fans with some of them and even had respect for most of the seniors, but every one had a less then spectacular senior season(Maybe not so much with DJ, only because of records).
