It sure was good to see him on the sideline Sat. night.  When they went down to Holly and I saw that big smile I was so excited. 


The interview made it sound like he basically woke up that morning and knew he should be in Athens that night.  It says a lot that he still wants to be a part of it all almost 10 years later.  It also says a lot for Saban and staff that they arranged for him to be on the sidelines.  According to rumors that wouldn't have been so easy with some previous regimes.


I wish him the very best and hate that he is still not playing.  I know how much he wants to be, but maybe God has something else in store.  I wish he could somehow come back and be associated with the university.  He will always be one of our finest, and I'm so glad he was there Sat. night. :)
