| FTBL Saban hires Tim Davis...

Me likey. VERY much.

Look for him to add a few new wrinkles to our OL play. And I would not be disappointed in the least if he moved to the on-field OL job in a year or so.

Yeah Terry.

I read 'proactive move' instead of 'reactive move' all over this hire. Or perhaps I am just seeing it through my wishful dreams.

Davis was in charge of all those fantastic OLs at USCw during the best of their better recent years. And they ran/run an offensive system that is the perfect execution of Saban's goal. And Davis has experience working under Saban's demanding work-ethic and STILL signed on to the staff.

Honestly, I don't see anything but good in this move.

Well said. There is supposed to be a press release on his this afternoon, and I'm looking forward to that.

Same here. I knew there have been a few NFL teams expressing a little interest in Pendry.

I know Pendry was dealt a bad hand this year with all the shuffles we saw on the line. But, I can't help but think that the hours don't sit well with him.

Hill played linebacker at Marion (Ala.) Military Institute Junior College from 1976-77

Which changed to a private High School in the AISA for many years, and is now a Jr College once again since 06'.

Looks like a great hire.

C’est la vie, not like I haven't been wrong before.

Not to mention who talks about two hires in a article, I was set up. Take it for what it's worth...it's still true, just about a person we don't really care about...

I awarded you points on the history lesson.
