I don’t care who coaches what, as long as we are getting the best out of whomever puts on that Crimson jersey. Not just on the field but after. That takes trust from a 17 to 20 something year old kid to a new adult in their life. We know young people don’t care what you know until they know you care about them. Yet, with the ease to leave being the way it is, that takes a special person to gain that trust And they got to be good football coach as well. Sounds simple to me.
