No. This was open back in the Stallings to DuBose era. It may have still been open when fRan was in Tuscaloosa. The owner was busted on coke charges now that I think back about it ...

That place had a DAYUM good Cuban sandwich...that's what was on my mind when I saw the video.

Outside of the little hamburger shack that used to be just down the street from the 'tooth, I never ate on that side of the street.

I'd bet I read 16+ books there...stuff for school where a few cold beers just fit. It was there or chips and cheese dip at the Mexican place just down the street.
