I think you have to set those aside in this situation.  The woman is PO'd and not many women aren't when you start messing with their family.  She was just lashing out at what she knows caused the situation to occur (ie the hiring of Nick Saban and his rebuilding of the program).  I do hope her daughter's surgery went well, but wonder why a coach would be recruiting rather than be with his daughter for such an event.  I don't care what I make or how it may affect my job, but family comes first.
