Penn State lost 3 conference games last season. Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State. All teams in their division. Someone should remind Franklin that problem, I mean schedule, isn't changing even at 8 conference games.

And replacing the others on schedule wouldn't be much. Rutgers etc.
