Randy, the "After Bama" effect may have factored some into the game, but I doubt very little. Truth is, if Ole Miss had played LSU before us, they still would have beaten the Tigers.The Rebs matched up well against the Tigers on both sides of the ball and Houston Nutt seems to always have LSU's number. Still, one can even throw those things aside--fact is, LSU does not have a good team . . . and really didn't have one last season, either--got some breaks that saved them from 3 more defeats (could have very well been a five-loss season) and then paired up against the Ohio State University for the NC. :roll:
