Ok, so? What did you folks cook for the 4th?

Sadly, I had to grab ribs at Dreamland (would have gone to Archibald's but I needed indoor seating because my little 2 y/o was with me and I needed to concentrate on my slab, and not making sure she didn't take off running down MLK JR Blvd.). I did't have time to barbecue anything, but I will hopefully correct that on Sunday. I plan on doing either a butt or a brisket accompanied by some homemade ice cream.

burgers and dogs... don't make fun.

although the burgers were from a local, free-range type farm... grass fed beef which was quite lean. a little of this gunpowder seasoning made them nice and tasty.

Smoked some pork ribs, made baked beans, a salad, and then my wife made potato salad.

Grilled hotdogs and boneless chicken breasts also added green peppers and onions. Actually turned out very tasty.
