Private school so I'm sure parents will have to agree. It's undoubtedly written in their by laws.

Are they overstepping their role? In my view, yes.

All expenses will have to be covered by the student’s parent or guardian.

A refusal to take a test will be considered a positive test.

i guess my kid, or any subsequent kids, would not be going back to that school. they can write it into their rules all they want; but my kid most definitely would NOT be going back there.

guilty until proven innocent is their new mantra, i guess.

Hamilton Badin is a Catholic school near Cincinnati. Private/Christian schools can require students to meet a different standard than public schools.

When my kids went to “Flo U” Florence Falcon football, basketball were never required to test. Any student with parking privileges were subject to random testing exception being those above were not tested in the 5 years that I had my kids there.

So can private clubs. In my view doesn't make either of them right.

In this case it's one of those parent things and not something I'd approve of a school handling.

But, understand, this is coming from a guy who doesn't have children or any experience in the school systems other than my own.
