I'm surprised they filled the position with someone who had no head coaching experience.

I don't think Patrick Ewing is overwhelming anyone either.

Michigan sure did struggle until they got this last dude. I'm a little surprised with his success and age he decided the Cleveland franchise is the thing to do. The owner there is historically a butthole, to say the least.

College hoops is no joke. Because of the value of experience and difference coaching can make (opposed to the NBA where coaching is probably the lease influential in all of sports) you can really get exposed.

I have no idea if J. Howard can coach or not... Seems like a really good dude... But recruiting isn't going to be good enough anymore. Not at Michigan. Best of luck to him
