| TV/MOVIES/MUSIC Netflix: Unbelievable. Here's a limited series I'd recommend. True story made for TV.

A caveat: the first episode takes a bit of patience to get through but as the series moves on to E2 and E3 I could see in retrospect why they spent so much time on her character.

One of the stars of the series is Kaitlyn Dever. I"ve watched her grow up in the series Last Man Standing. It wasn't until that series debuted I realized she was also in Justified.

Toni Collette stars as one of the detectives. You'll likely recognize here Merritt Weaver is another.

Heavy female cast as you can see but I can't call it a "chick flick." Well written and acted series.

I've never watched that show. I've planned to but simply haven't made the time.

That's Merritt Weaver in that scene with Edie Falco. I thought she did a good job in Godless as well (another Netflix production from two years ago.)

@planomateo, have you seen Godless? Michelle Dockery was the name that caught my eye when that debuted on Netflix. I remembered her from a few other films like Hanna and Non-Stop.

That's a lot better than picking up a book and after reading several chapters it dawns on you ... "I've read this before."
