I remember you showing some of your brother's Christmas stuff, but wow, what an interesting turn of events. I agree, finding someone close to take the Christmas stuff in a lump purchase was huge and will fund that awesome river cruise vacation.
On the marijuana issue, I think you have two ways to go on this. Perfect move unplugging the cords, forcing his hand.
One, be glad that any illicit activity has left your place and it was never part of a potential seizure had he been caught, leave any other stones unturned and let the "partner" walk. Let sleeping dogs lie.
Two, you can use some leverage against the partner, threaten to go to the police or sue him, but you'd be acknowledging that you've learned of after-the-fact drug activity on your property. The mover said your brother was friendly to deal with, but you may not know of all the "partners" he had, and some may be on the unsavory side.
Curious, how often/how far is it to your folks' property? Are there things you need to do to make it squatter proof? Does the trailer need to go?
