I don't think it will matter either way. Meyer is the brain behind UF's spread, so they aren't going to be hurting in the bowl game. On the other side, Mullen is going to have his work cut out for him just keeping the the players Croom was able to receive verbals from. As for the hire, I don't quite understand it. Croom has built a smash-mouth type team at MSU. They have the personnel for a power-run / ball control offense. Now they are switching to the spread?
