Sounds like even with the improvements they've made, it's still a complete cluster to get parked, get in, and get to your seat... and once there, you best not get up or be in a hurry to get out after the game. That's how it was in 2009 when we went out there... Oddly enough, I don't remember it being too terrible in 2000, but crowds that day were lighter too.

I know some folks like Herbstreit and Klatt want the Rose Bowl to be the set national title destination every year... and while it looks great on TV, and the history of the place is awesome... what they don't understand is, their experience and the average fan's experience is world's apart. Their wish/idea ain't ever happening, but it's a horrible idea regardless.

Hope you had fun though despite the outcome... still a great opportunity to make some good memories with friends/family.
