FWIW, I don't think the injury to Hatch isn't going to be one of those "rest a week" type of situations if the reports about his leg being fractured are indeed true. The question I see is the severity of the fracture. The answer to that probably won't be forth coming considering how "close to the vest" Miles is with injuries.Right now, word out of the Baton Rouge area is Jefferson is taking snaps in practice this week already. If he ends up getting reps against Tulane, we'll probably see him in our game in their "running QB plays" but we'll have to guard against him throwing the ball as well. I'd consider him to be more of a threat in the passing game than Hatch. The biggest question in my mind has to do with Jefferson. His "shoulder injury" earlier in the year pointed to the LSU staff probably looking to apply for a "hardship/medical redshirt" year. If he plays against Tulane, that's out the window I'd think. (funny side note...I've seen more than one LSU fan on different forums hint that the "injured shoulder" was a bit over blown with the hopes of a medical/hardship year. Fake an injury, or the severity of it, seems odd to me)One safe assumption? A shaky QB situation for LSU hasn't improved after the UGA game.
