I grabbed a couple of pork tenderloins the other day. I cut them up into chops, right?

I decided to ground two of them up today, mix it with Bush's Chili Beans, Fiesta Cheese (tri mix,) bit of baking powder along with my own "taco seasoning"...and cream cheese.

This has turned into a CRAZY good dip.

I threw part of it aside and added broccoli. Damn...taco cheese soup with broccoli.

Sounds good bud. That would be good to add Pico de Gallo to it or rotel. Thinking outside the box is a good thing.

I did...that, with the dip, on top of twice baked potatoes. I put some of it on scrambled eggs when I got home from work this morning...damn good there.
