This is SO UGA on every level! 24+ arrests within 18 months and most all related to the teams “Need for Speed!” Kirby has already addressed it before and about what he has done! Looks like a last ditch effort that will likely fail. Those kids will tune out a damn PowerPoint presentation faster than they drive in Athens!
