That's what I have a problem with. Had he come out and said any of the above I would have been more tolerant. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the police wouldn't hand out a DUI without a sobriety test and/or breathalyzer. Call me ignorant, but how do you fight those as Mr. Stabler is planning to do??? ;scr I know a 1st one can be fought but a third? :shock:
