| RECRUIT đź‘€ Jamil Burroughs- 330lb DT out of Georgia commits to Alabama

@TerryP , @rick4bama @Bamabww @planomateo @UAgrad93 @94 Grad

I go 325-330, do you think Bama needs to keep an eye on me? I also played DT my freshman and sophmore year but moved to DE/OLB my last two years of high school. It took 5 years to get a 4 year degree because of switching majors. Ole man arthritis has a grip on me but I still can do the rip, swim and spin move...just dont know if I can do it all in one game now. :unsure:

Little TMI about the bedroom life there. ;) :p

He was processed by Georgia a little while back. Not too enthused. They basically said he could be talented but just hasn't progressed.
Processed? You mean like they "processed" Devonta Smith? Let's look at this from the outside for a second.

He visits Alabama in June and July and camps at Bama this summer. In a six month period he's been on campus five times. In early September he decommits from UGA and two weeks later he's back at Bama for another unofficial visit. But, he's not up to their standards?

They said "he could be talented" (58 tackles as a JR along with five sacks. Now, that's down four tackles from his sophomore year so ...) but "he hasn't progressed?" How would they know whether he's progressed or not when he's decommitting before his senior season started? Or, when he's spent every visit this summer in Tuscaloosa?

You see a player invited to the Champions Cookout in Tuscaloosa and I can assure you one thing about that player. He's been HEAVILY pursued by Bama.

UGA folks would be better off served if they chose "he's lazy, fat, and slow."
