As well as allowing members of the staff to have more contact with players in mentoring roles.  It's win-win-win situation.  Our on the field staff wins because it relieves them of the roadblock of not being allowed to spend as much time as needed.  These support staff members get the advantage of working with a good staff which will translate to more experience for them down the road.  And, it's easy to see how the players win.
