UCF played ZERO teams that were ranked in the top25 when they played (not sure any were ever ranked). Their opponents were a combined 72-73 on the year. Only 6 teams they played were .500 or better and they beat 4 of them (one being FCS though). They lost to a BAD Tulsa team very late in the season. Their best wins were FAU, Temple, and Tulane.
