Actually, after kickoff the crowds are not too bad at the bars and eateries on the Strip and in near by areas.I was born and raised on campus. Trust me. If you are looking for a spot to watch the game, there will be plenty. You won't have to go to the quad. Just go to one of the joints on the Strip. Avoid the bars if you can find a good eatery. They are usually less crowded AFTER kickoff.
