I got this recipe from the guy that works at the local gas station/convenience store. It's not really a recipe, just an idea I'd never considered.
Fresh shrimp, fresh okra, onion, over rice. I thought of a little tomato base...didn't go that way this time.
'tellin ya...pretty freakin' tasty.
Outside of the normal spices what drew my interest as the flavor, or a lot of it, was coming from ginger.
