There is a thread (a couple of years old) about my last mower buying experience. Honda and mower might pull it up on a search. I'm very picky about mowers.

I put 419 down when I got this house. I stopped using Pre-Em a few years ago and started over seeding with Centipede. I did it just to see how long it would take for one to overtake the other...and, wanted a different look.

Mike. I've got...had to count...nine rose bushes around the place, 10 crepe myrtles, nandinas, vergiated (several species,) around the place. My Ginko is a beautiful color right now. It's a hybrid, miniature, I've had for going on a decade and a half...might be 17' now. But the color...

So, yeah, I bit particular about my yard as well.

Hell, we're talking about weather in another thread: hot and humid is home of the mosquitoes. I have wax myrtles around the property to help with those. Don't get bitten often.
