Don’t forget too that maybe his behavior has been conditioned by how little other regular people want to relate to him as a fellow normal person. My guess is if he was more personable in public, he’d have to answer the same questions all the time about Georgia football, rather than being spoken to like another “dad” at the ballpark. This forces many famous or visible figures to change their disposition in public, whether by appearing rude or wearing sunglasses excessively to avoid eye contact, etc.
