With respect, what good is continuity if that coach(s) can't get the job done. The sooner you correct YOUR MISTAKE the better. Nick made this mess by trying to make a DC out of a position coach (Tosh) just to keep from losing his recruiting ability. That mistake turned into just as big of mistake in making Pete the DC.

Not sure if he will make changes, but I would like to see B: (2). That would be the DC and the ST coach. I don't believe our defensive woes this year was caused only by injuries. Agree with 50+yeartidefan on the special teams fiasco.

There is nothing wrong with Jeff Banks as ST.

We keep hearing there is changes coming and nothing came out of that. we been hearing that since December. Any changes to the staff.. it would've happened back in December... Why now?

Maybe waiting on both the CFB and NFL play offs to wind down? After this weekend there will only be the Super Bowl left.

That's why I put in caps "IF he has the right people in place". The coaches may be fine at that position they are coaching but other factors could keep them from getting the desired results. Either way I still do no think you can keep fruit basket turnover every year but absolutely if a guy is a problem you take swift action. Hopefully that is not an issue across the staff but isolated if it is the case.

but what does that affect Alabama though... unless one of the playoff team has a candidate that Saban is interested in?

O of course not...12 on field at end of game vs AU...removing any chance to tie or win...confusion several times during year getting right players out...

how many times are you going to use the "....." "...." "...." your point got lost somewhere between the "....."

Joking aside, That was on a player I believe.. Look at the stats from 2018 and compare to 2019. ST improved in most of the area. Extra point is around 95 percent. 2018 Austin Jones missed some of extra point. But nothing suggest that Jeff Banks to be replaced. ST has been extremely good... especially with Kaho. So nah.

We had issues punting early on until a personnel change. Not sure that is completely on the ST coach. Waddle was very good, maybe even the best in the country. FG kind of shaky but that seems to be the norm. I thought kick coverage in general was really good.

Hard to get over the obvious 12 men on the field call, so it can cloud the view of the bigger picture.

We need a kicker who has no emotion and behaves like a robot. These types are never phased by big moment stress. The university can start this search by scouting its engineering department.
