If you haven't seen this being bantered about among the Big 12 faithful...
In my view, if a Texas player is using his "horns up" sign in celebration it should fall under the same penalty matrix, right? It doesn't make sense to me for one team to be allowed to do something and the other can't in response? Where's the line?
And then, if this "ruling" spreads throughout collegiate football, is the Gator Chomp a taunt? The Landshark sign? The Tomahawk chop?
