I am sorry, Outlaw. I will explain it for you. An Internet regulator or a netcop is someone like you that tries to dictate the flow of information on a message board, group, etc...
Case in point:

That is netcopping. Everyone is having a conversation, discussing things, and rather than add to the conversation in a meaningful way, netcop lays down the law.
Netcop, which would be you in this case, feels a need to be in total control of a thread. Netcop doesn't like for anyone to discuss anything that he has not approved because he feels he is losing control if that happens.
Netcop is ofen an irritable individual, on par with a grumpy old man. Netcop feels that if he has ever discussed any topic, even one time, that it doesn't need to be discussed again.
Netcop looks down on regular folk who dare bring up a topic that he might have already talked about to a friend over a year ago. Netcop feels that everyone is more stupid than him and way behind the times.
