You know what I'm tired of hearing? I'm tired of hearing (right after LSU just physically dominated OSU on NC game)how OSU is going to be a national champion contender in 2008. I'm tired of OSU and other media darlings getting preferential treatment in the rankings which in turn makes their road to the BCS Championship game much easier. OSU, Notre Dame & USC can get a first down and they move up in the poles. Say what you want but how the media talks about a program plays a role in how quickly or not so quickly they move up the rankings.The media crams Notre Dame, OSU and USC down our throats in broadcasts of games they're not even playing in. It's so obvious. Have you ever listened to Brent MUSHBURGER call a game? He's nothing more than a USC promoter along with the entire college gameday crew, and how quickly they move up the poles reflects it.So I don't get tired of hearing how much better the SEC is than the rest of the country. Because I want it to be made very clear. We're the best damn conference in the country and no matter how much the media tries to portray otherwise the results don't lie on the field. We kick a** in championship games and have done it two years in a row (in embarrassing fashion I might add) to "THE" Ohio St. University.
