Don't be suprided if after signing day another coach is replaced on the staff regardless of what happens on Hatcher. Whomever he hires look for him to get soeone who will stay at least 4-5 years to promote stability in staff also the person needs to bring his philosophy and be able to mesh that with Saban's to add new wrinkles. I would have thought that Hatcher and Saban would have worker this out at the first because this Hather talk had been going on for about a week and a half or longer so this is kinda odd. thanx Terry for the info
