My parents crave this now and mayonnaise on corn just sounds plain gross to me, any others tried this?
shuck your corn, clean, rub well with mayonnaise (use your hands for goodness sake) then - sprinkle with kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper, chipotle pepper seasoning, and smoked paprika to taste. Roll up in foil and either cook on grill or in a 400 degree oven
