Grilled Cabbage

Slice cabbage like a hamburger patty, about a 1/2 inch thick.
Put salt, pepper and some butter on the cabbage.
Wrap cabbage in foil.
Turn often.
The cabbage is done when it becomes soft.

*I am not a big fan of cooked cabbage but love cabbage grilled. There is no strong odor or taste if grilled. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
