Interesting read. It'll be a story worth keeping an eye out on when the spring season rolls around.

I'm also interested on how well the turn out is at Alabama this year also. Will it be a packed house like last year? Or since the new has worn off, will it be back closer to the norm?

CNS and several recruits said it was a factor, however small, in the process. I hope it stays above 70k for quite some time.

I agree. I just hope the University takes it a little more serious this year. It was brutal standing in line for the concessions last year.

I would also like for the University to find a charity to donate to every year. I'm not saying they should charge for the game, but we could round up at least 50,000 dollars every year from donations.

They would need to organize it way better than they did the Enterprise Tornado fundraiser.

In all fairness, the University expected the attendance to be bigger than normal, but no where near the number of the people who showed up.

I tried telling people last year... there will be 70-80k people at the ADAY game.. nobody would listen :)

After last years aday game, and our number one recruiting class... I wouldn't be surprised to see another VERY LARGE aday game showing.

I feel it will packed also, a lot of people want their first look at that frosh.

McCartney said that level of support paid off in recruiting the 2008 class in Tuscaloosa. Alabama was the consensus No. 1 recruiting class this year by all the major recruiting services. McCartney then asked CU fans if they were capable of the same sort of support for their program.

Take that ESPN recruiting!!!

GET SOME!!!
