Here's a little more.  Two years, will reduce scholarships and 12 returning football players will miss the first three games.  The article didn't say how many scholarships they are losing, but it did say:


"The university today released the findings of that internal investigation, which it has submitted to the NCAA. FSU's probe resulted in several self-imposed penalties."


This usually means the NCAA has not approved the penalties yet, and could affirm or strengthen the penalties.
