I see where you're coming from, but the DII  schools need much less money than the big boys to take care of their team, and they play at each other's stadiums, I believe. That means someone's not traveling. Personally, I liked the system that was in place before the BCS came in. At least then all the big bowls meant something. And you didn't have a damn computer deciding the NC.
