I was at first, a couple days ago. Not this just this one, but a lot of tweets in other threads. All seems to be fine now.

Then again, I have been at home on Wi-Fi. I've noticed there's sometimes a random lag in LTE in my area, so maybe cell data signal has had something to do with the tweets loading.
