So many players are now playing their first - and only - season under the OC and with the team. There is no multi-year chemistry. I'm wondering if a team with a ton of money - let's just say SMU - could lock down players into three-year commitments that are iron clad, and also carry a fourth-year option that's pretty tantalizing for a player. One team that could retain their best, and their backups, while others steal from each other and rebuild annually. How would that look?
