I get this image of Milton Waddams: "...they've moved my desk four times this year."  Ya think they were trying to send ol' Milt a message?

If player X is seeing more money than player Y for the same position, basically in the same rotation (see Okoronkwo with Jones and Alexander rotating a lot last season) player Y is going to get the message: "we don't think you are worth as much as 'X' is..." 

Just an idle thought...
