No I do not think UT will finish that high. After looking at who is behind they maybe finish there by default. The others are not world beaters. (UoSC, Kentucky, Missouri and Vandy).

In west Tn would...or could ....be battling ark for last..who is their crossover this year....SECe is just weak past UGA ( crossover is Bama). n FL ( crossover is ole miss)

To me it's not too hard to see why some are jumping on the Florida train for the east in 2020. I believe it boils down to UGA on the road versus Bama vs LSU on the road at Florida. I'm thinking the outlier here is Tennessee with the Gators having to travel to Knoxville and UGA hosting the Vols.
