I can't lose weight unless I virtually starve myself.  Over the past year, I have been pretty well doing that.  The sad thing is, I will have to do it the rest of my life or I will gain it back.  My hope is that when I get to my goal I can increase my fitness  level to the point that I can run a couple miles each day and burn off enough to maintain my weight. 


I can stay under 1000 calories for 5 days in a week (3 x 250 calorie protein shakes + 1 6" subway), walking a mile each day...eat hotwings one day and a normal meal one day, and gain weight that week. I actually did that last week. Gained 2 pounds.


Near starvation + switching hardcore diet supplements every month = 120# in a year. It is my makeup.  I know skinny people who eat fried food and drink sugary sodas & beer all the time and never gain a pound...it is genetic.
