This discussion from my perspective isn't predicated on a judgment. It is what it is. Steroids don't mean anything to me. Everyone is on it, so it will always be a level playing field. Marijuana and other recreational drugs seem like a bigger social issue to figure out. Head coaches are going to reflect what they know is the norm in their own environment.
