He failed up to 10 drug test because LSU was testing for Synthetic marijuana; however, they didn't have a policy in place for the use of it like many other programs. So, although he tested positive for it... there was no consequence to be had. When they finally got a policy in place he was suspended from the team when he failed the next test for Synthetic marijuana use.I have no doubt he used "regular" marijuana too....
